Right off the bat, listening to the two preview tracks (the album’s opening 20 minutes) it’s clear that Oliver Lieb knows exactly what he’s doing and how to do it. Prolifically recording since ’88, Lieb has quite the back catalogue and range, some 300 releases strong.

Inside Voices is the 3rd ambient album from the German producer and adds to two earlier albums of ambience recorded in the 90s – 1993’s Constellation and from 1994 – Music To Films (recorded with Dr. Atmo). This one is shaping up to be a classic.
