Things to bear in mind when contacting us.
Darkfloor, the record label Darkfloor Sound, and the radio shows are all managed by a tiny team.
We will aim to reply to your message in a timely manner, and welcome friendly reminders a few weeks later if you haven’t heard back.
Make sure to include contact details with your message.
If you are sending music to us, ensure it is properly tagged with track names, release information, and artist name. Include this on the music files themselves (ID3), with an accompanying text document, and in the body of the email.
If we can’t download your music we can’t play your music. Help us out.
Ideally, send high resolution, lossless files – 16bit 44.1khz FLAC is perfect.
