Förfallet the band, on Mantis Radio

Featured Guest

Last year I came across a record by a band from Sweden called Förfallet.

They’re a 4 piece black metal group founded in Stockholm in 2019 and their music is their way of expressing hopelessness, loss of belief, grief, depression, as well as handling society’s downfall, and the inevitable destruction of the individual. Indeed their name means agony.

The record that I discovered was Ve. The band’s second full length. It’s an incredible record and one of the best that I heard last year.
