Under his Broken English Club alias he has recorded us a stunning hour+ mix of current cuts he’s feeling. Ho needs little introduction. A UK techno mainstay since the mid 90s – his debut saw release on James Ruskin’s label Blueprint in 1996. The following year he would start his own label Meta – on which he developed his signature tribal style of techno. Over the years he has released under many names, including Birdland, Id, the popular Raudive, Seek, Slow White Fall, Veil, Zov Zov and as Broken English Club. A project that back in early 2014 on Jealous God – a 22 release label project that ended in 2018 from Karl O’Connor aka Regis, Juan Mendez aka Silent Servant and his own label mate, James Ruskin.
Due out shortly on his own imprint Death & Leisure is an album called God Vessel, released as Zov Zov. An album of pure drones, it is 100 limited edition CDs.
To all of my listeners over the years, to you, THANK YOU. Onwards we thunder, this is Mantis Radio. Welcome along for the ride.
