Truss calls it a day on MPIA3 – offers a final, free track as goodbye.

Pulling the plug on a successful project whilst it’s in flow is often a hard thing to do. Folk who do have their reasons.

Perc Trax affiliate Truss (Tom Russell) has decided to do just that on his acid drenched gabba kicked side project MPIA3 by releasing one final track – the first he recorded under that project.

Russell’s alias leaves behind a small but deadly arsenal of tracks on two EPs for Avian (AVN #004, AVN #005) and the tempo varied hard hitting Your Orders on Belgium’s seminal and legendary R & S. He’s also released several remixes or definitions as he put them.

The most recent of which being his definition (reconstruction akin to a cover version) of Matt Whitehead’s A is for Acid on Perc Trax Ltd.

[The] First ever MPIA3 track I made and the last one I will release. Thanks to all who bought records and in particular thanks to Avian and R&S Records for believing in this project.
