Resting Bell releases new EP ‘As It Is’ by The Inventors of Aircraft (TIOA)

The Inventors of Aircraft (TIOA) is back with a follow up, in my humble opinion, to his incredible début release Unknown Language, which was released back in 2008 on the then netlabel Serein.

I was instantly blown away by the prowess of the deep, lush and warming dronescapes presented across the album. So much so, that I got him on the Mantis Radio show shortly after it’s release. I’ve been waiting over two years for a new release, and I’m very happy to say that As It Is – a five track EP on netlabel Resting Bell – delivers.

It’s an utter joy and privilege to listen to. The sound flows over and around you, and presents an incredibly relaxing 33 minutes of lucid, warming sound with just the faintest hint of twinkling static. TIOA has met and exceeded my expectations with an absolute quality half hour of lush sound. Any more gushing about this release could be obscene, so I’ll leave it there. One last thing, get this now.
