LDN FRI 07.09.12 / Darkfloor Live presents Dimentia + Split Horizon

Right then, Darkfloor Live #4 is imminent.

On Friday September 7th, from Oakland, California we present two hardware flexing sound technicians in the form of Dimentia and Split Horizon.

We showcased Dimentia back in late June on Mantis Radio and together with Split Horizon we’re offering up a rare chance to see them dropping raw uncompromising 100% live hardware electro bass sessions at our free, intimate and loud event at The Miller, London.

You’ll also be able to pick up a copy of our debut CD EP release from Phat Chex.

DIMENTIA
For a long time he’s been involved with the West Coast’s underground soundsystem counter culture, working with the Katabatik, Spaz and 5lowershop crews.

His sound is a unique build of electro, acid, techno and broken bass; all made on hardware gear. He told us at Darkfloor he draws a lot of his inspiration for his musick from the occult and esoteric traditions.

His session for Mantis was something beyond what we were expecting when we asked him to put a mix together. Showcasing his range of electro components in his own interminable style.

SPLIT HORIZON
Label boss of Void Tactical Media and heavy bass merchant Split Horizon joins Dimentia to offer up his harder broken bass based carnage. Again dropping an all hardware session for us; crafting an improvised set of sonic broken beats and hard electro.

The pair are over from the US as part of the European Void Tactical Media tour and will be hitting London after causing a ruckus over in Ireland.

SUPPORT
residents: DVNT / Laica / Ursa.

If you can’t get to the venue, we’re broadcasting the event worldwide on our Livestream channel. Check our live broadcast area for the stream options.
