Mornings w/ Darkfloor – November 16, 2023
We’ve some psychedelic Bollywood for starters before rolling through Rush, Sonic Youth, J. J. Cale, and Hound Dog Taylor. Before spacing out on a stoned masterpiece from Jimi Hendrix. A couple of covers before brand new David Holmes, late period John Martyn, a Nordic pick from my niece, and bubbly house from Seven Davis Jr and Four Tet. Before a stunning version of a classic work in its own right, a lesser played rave anthem, and a heady tech cut from Josh Wink to close.
Big love out to the chat crew. Really appreciate having you all along for the ride. Listen along live, every Thursday morning from 10am : darkfloor/live (powered by Mixcloud).
