In what would turn out to be the final edition of Mornings With on Melodic Distraction, I managed to show up to the station, early, but without any music. After a round of taxis, I delivered a shorter than usual show, in what would turn out to be the last time I would play on the Liverpool studio’s airwaves. With the station closing after 8 years, the very next day. We had no idea at the time my show was broadcast.

Big love out to producer Beth for helping to make it seem seamless on air. Such a shame this would be the final broadcast but I’m deeply grateful to everyone at the station for letting me loose.
