A month ago I shared what has turned out to be a pretty popular mix from Belfast’s techno botherer Hoth System.

He’s only gone and recorded another hour of Darkfloor approved techno vinyl. Get on it.

Whilst the last mix, the cunningly named 90s techno mix, dealt with, well, techno from the 90s as it happens; 20 Dead 13 Wounded is a selection of more contemporary tracks.

The fresher sounds of Shifted and his Bloodless going side by side with Developer on Counter Pulse; Bas Mooy on Gynoid and his own Audio Assault imprint. Exium features 3 times if you include their remix of Groof on their own Nheoma. Go Hiyama’s Japanese take on techno grind rolls into Scalameriya’s Summoning Sequence and so on.

20 Dead 13 Wounded is a dark and pacey hour of fine techno sound from some of the reliable artists of the techno scene, often overlooked for their hyped high brethren.
