Panaural is, as the name suggests, an attempt to present the full spectrum of electronic music. It’s also the name of my new radio show on Future Music FM.

The show itself starts in January and will feature regular guest mixes and a focus on new material from artists doing something outside of genre constraints and expectations. To attempt to give some idea of what to expect, 4 pre-recorded shows are going out in advance, loosely grouped by tempo and demonstrating the kind of tunes that I’ve played over the last few years, with a few classics thrown in.

Two shows, one covering 120-130bpm (Tudor Acid, Paula Temple, Demdike Stare, LFO etc) and the other, a mix of sub-100 / over-150 bpm (dBridge, Machinedrum, clipping, Soundex Phonetic, Siriusmo…) are already available via the Future Music FM archives with 130-150 to follow next week December 19th.
