American musicians Julianna Barwick and Mary Lattimore will early next year release a collaborative record. Hear a track from it, up first today. Plus, another track from that wonderful James K album. And, a cut from the excellent Women In Jazz comp that has finally been released. Hear a superb piece by Plúmm featuring Ma.Moyo.

Om Unit has recently released a 3rd collection of versions of his Acid Dub Studies, and you’ll hear two tracks from that today. Plus, bold and classic sounding new techno from Justin Berkovi. The Jimi Hendrix Experience. Sheffield’s Heaven 17. Tom Waits. And tabla player Prabhu Edouard.

You’ve a 1996 b-side from Photek, followed by a heavy breakbeat slab from the same year, from The Prodigy. That’s followed by the big sound of Aussie duo Power Glove, and the LA trap rap of DeathbyRomy.

You’ve a new soul slammer from British dnb producer Break. I reminisce about a band I was introduced to at middle school, called Silverchair. Those of a certain age will remember them I’m sure.

And in the final part of this week’s show – Frankie Knuckles remixes Lisa Stansfield. dälek team up with drummer Charles Hayward. We travel to Japan and share some Melt-Banana. Urban Heat cover one of the all time great tracks, imo. There’s newly unleased Aphex Twin. And to close, a bouncy track from the Chemical Brothers.
