Dessben if you didn’t already know is the producer, DJ and mastermind behind the dependable techno netaudio label Offaudio. I showcased him on the Mantis Radio show sometime ago now, back in January 2009. Since then he’s been hard at his craft with his netlabel continuing to plough a furrow of deep bass rich techno numbers, whilst he himself has been experimenting with more broken beat programming resulting in the great Doss por cuatro EP released a few months ago.

Broadcast back on December 3rd, this is Dessben mixing up a label showcase for Dirty Radio based show 1MC.

As far as netaudio goes, Dessben and his label are pretty important. In 2004 he founded Offaudio, which is arguably one of the best Techno netlabels on the internet.

His way of understanding Techno music is based on experimentation and the searching of new textures and sound structures. Aiming to be far from the dance music or the classic techno tradition and to be marked in a clear and personal style, full of risky, curious and hypnotic sounds.
