Bartosz Dziadosz is a Warsaw based producer, gathering increasing attention as Pleq – an experimental musician who combines elements of drone, down tempo, glitch IDM and modern classical. Creating his work by fusing together independently synthesized sounds, often incorporating violin, the unexpectedly melancholic sound of a piano, together with occasional female vocal.

Somewhere, something falls, something enters, rings there’s a hissing and pop, like a short circuit on high voltage lines.

His sound is perhaps best described as melancholic glitch. He’s focused, prolific and from what I’ve heard of his back catalogue so far, damn consistent. He’s produced a very special and exclusive selection for the showcase session.
