Miss Kosmix – Easter Terror mix
It’s Easter Monday and I’m hard at work/procrastinating* (delete as applicable). And what do I see appear on my monitor, but a new mix from hard techno DJ and producer Miss Kosmix. Those of a nervous disposition or with heart problems should be warned she is not easy listening. This mix is clocking in at [...]

Patrick DSP – Live PA at Tresor November 2009
Recommended listening this one. Heads down, heavy rolling techno, just like we love at darkfloor HQ.
Concrete DJz – Exclusive Tracks Mix / May 2009
Originally recorded for Miss Kosmix’s storming Bluster radio show (check out her showcase on the 26th MANTIS, damn can that girl throw down some filth). Showcasing a lot of the recent Concrete DJz tracks and sounds, this is one awesome mix.
Mantis Radio 037 + Anniversary Special (Year Two)
We started broadcasting Mantis Radio in May 2007 and as is customary, we celebrate the past year, our second, by selecting the most downloaded of the shows broadcast in the past year.
Mantis Radio 034 + dub_teq
William Culshaw and Jonathan Hall began their career making and trading mixtapes and various other media between them, and gradually were inspired to move on to their own compositions using basic computer programs recording previously under various pseudonyms before finishing on dub-teq. Taking advantage of a wide array of equipment, the duo have slowly sculpted their style into a more organic and industrial one, drawing influences from a diverse source of acts such as Aphex Twin, LFO, Autechre, Surgeon, Radiohead, Big Youth, and Bjork.
MANTIS presents: Concrete DJz Live at Renesanz, Techno Files, Sofia, Bulgaria, 13 Dec 2008
Number 7 of the MANTIS:presents: series is upon us, and it’s a nice blend of soothing tones, and bedtime rhymes. This might not be entirely accurate as the Concrete DJz are known for fierce full on ‘ard Techno, which is exactly what they provided for the MANTIS show back in August 08. What we have here is a recent liveset of theirs from December in Bulgaria.
MANTIS presents: Mr Seavers Serpent Mix
So here we have our 3rd MANTIS presents. Coming quite fittingly from our 3rd showcased DJ: Mr Seavers. He was on the show back in mid 2007 and did a storming set live in the studio. We’ve remained good mates since. He helped host the 4th show and around December 2007 we decided to occasionally perform together as CONFOUNDED.
Mantis Radio 027 + Techno Takeover
