the Darkfloor Daily – 23.09.2013

Simply – a daily drop of Darkfloor related bits.

Autechre have a new EP coming in October – no previews, and I doubt there will be, but you can preorder at Bleep.

Hoth System has upped a fresh track for download – Silenzio. Always fine work for the technoheads from the Belfast producer – this no exception.

I’ve been caning the hell out of the stunning Stoic EP from WIFE at the studio recently. Also been enjoying the new Daniel Menche album Vilke on SIGE.

Back at the end of July – Juno Plus published as part of their mix series a recording from Shapednoise – not only is it a fine selection of noise-slash-techno-grit it also features Ontal and their track Output.

We’ve still a few copies left on vinyl of that – or it’s available on digital formats.

Tech Itch has a new album out Progression Threat – Part One.

…with part one of a new three part drum and bass album. Returning to a more melodic classic sound but with a modern feel expect nothing but pure Technical Itch class material.

This Saturday our Northern Irish brothers DSNT have invited the mighty Trias AKA Ancient Methods to headline their event. Resident Nez recorded this AM tribute mix – which ain’t to be missed.

Released today is the new EP on Oscar Mulero’s Warm Up Recordings from young Japanese talent Yuuki Sakai, including a remix from the Spanish techno lord himself.
