This one nearly snuck by me, it’s the latest from Offaudio owner and techno producer and DJ, Dessben. On a deeper, housier (that’s a word right?)  at times tip than his usual fare, but still very much Dessben.

We started broadcasting MANTIS in May 2007 and this for this show, we celebrate the past year, our second, of broadcast by selecting the top 5 most downloaded of the shows broadcast in the past year.

A massive thank you to all the artists who have provided the music and the showcases for the shows. Each and every showcase has blown me away and it has been an honour to share this music with the MANTIS audience.

Dessben began his DJing in Madrid at the end of the 90s and was pretty soon was to be heard in many of the clubs and events of Spain. Clubs like Yasta, Specka, Base, Naru, Zeusas as well as the Electrosonic Festival and Womad.
