Here’s my set from last weeks performance at INSILICO. It’s 90minutes of sick electro, bass and bleeps. The set went down really well and I’m really pleased with how it came out.

DVNT – Live at Summer Session Soton

Recording of my set from 4th July 2009. I was down performing at one of the Void vs Brap Oxjam gigs (which are always great fun, plus you’re raising money for charity). Had loads of fun and got quite drunk by the end of the evening. At which point Cilla Black became the topic of conversation for hours. Please don’t ask why or how…

Massive shouts to the Soton crew for putting on a great party. The gig was nice and busy and despite being a small basement room, it opened out in a huge beer garden. The rig was extreme. Took up a 1/3 of the room. Suffice to say it was bloody loud.

Mantis Radio 045 + Zwart Licht Kommando

Born in 1976, ZLK’s music education began at home thanks to his father who was a microelectronics engineer and a pirate radio fanatic and at the age of eight years old he started sampling on his dad’s multitrack reeltapes and C64 using SID synthesis, making weird noise tracks.

Threnody – Distorted Dynamics Mix

Threnody featured back on the 18th MANTIS show back in May last year, since then he’s been pushing his sound, and his label UK Trends of which some forthcoming bits are featured in this, his Distorted Dynamics Promo Mix.

It’s been a little while since we last had a MANTIS:presents: episode (our last was Gunjack back in May) so here we have our 10th.
